Kindergarten Registration

Parents of children, who plan to attend kindergarten in the fall of 2019, who have not previously registered, should contact the school in the district in which they live, to complete the enrollment process.

Documents necessary for enrollment include a certified birth certificate (hospital certificates are not accepted) and immunization records.

Indiana State guidelines require that a child must be five (5) years of age on or before August 1, of the year of enrollment to enter kindergarten. Parents of children who will be five (5) years of age after August 1, but before October 1, (of the year of enrollment )that feel that their child is ready for kindergarten, may appeal the age rule. An appeal may be initiated by contacting the school principal.
